General business conditions
After sending the reservation form we will send you a Booking confirmation - Payment instructions (payment method is bank transfer). Pre-payment of 50% must be paid within 24 hours after receiving the payment instructions, please make the additional payment for the reservation no later than 30 days before arrival. If you book your stay less than 30 days before arrival, it is necessary to pay 100% of the total price.
After making the final payment, we will send you a Voucher and check-in / check-out instructions.
Our web application Alfred will asked you to fill in online the personal data of each accommodated person, these data are the basis for the registration of the stay in the House Book of the accommodated persons and the payment of the recreation fee (it will be included in the price of the stay, the owner off accommodation property will ensure its payment to the relevant municipality in which the accommodation facility is located.

The client is responsible for all damages caused on real property and chattel.
Cancellation policy:
- more than 30 days till arrival day - 25%
- up to 21 days before arrrival - 50 %
- up to 15 days before arrrival - 75 %
- from 14 days before arrival till arrival day - 100 %
